These Chinese reclining bamboo chairs are sturdy and beautiful. While lower than most traditional chairs (17"" from floor to seat), they are still very comfortable. The bent bamboo is of one piece from front leg to back leg. Split bamboo splats craft the back support. Simple leg extenders provide extra stability and sturdiness. The nice clear finish allows the patina of the bamboo wood to be revealed.
